Please use our return portal below to register your return. You will need your order number and your email address. Please note the following requirements:

• The item is in original condition.
• The item has not been used, washed or altered in any way.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that we unfortunately do not cover shipping costs for refunds and exchanges.

• Refund to the original payment method: A shipping fee of €4.90 will be deducted.
• Exchange: A shipping fee of €4.90 applies.

Please remember to ensure that your shipment is adequately stamped. It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been processed.

Once we have received your item and verified that it meets our return policy, your refund will be processed. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process your refund.
